GLAR SPA Regulations

1. Using GLAR SPA services is tantamount to acquaintance and acceptance of these Regulations.

2. Spa services may be used by persons over 16 years of age; in the case of minors, consent and presence of guardians is required during the procedure.

3. Persons using SPA treatments are obliged to fill in a Consultation Card. The card is completed at the first visit and serves the purpose of getting acquainted with the current state of health.

4. For the comfort of Guests, it is recommended to arrive at the SPA 10 minutes before the appointment time.

5. If a Guest is late for a treatment, the treatment time is reduced by the time of the lateness and the price of the treatment does not change.

6. The staff is not responsible for the consequences of treatments carried out despite the existing contraindications which have not been disclosed.

7. A no-cost cancellation of a service booking can be made up to 24 hours.

8. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before the agreed treatment or in case of failure to use the treatment on the booked date, GLAR SPA shall charge a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the value of the treatment.

9. The fee referred to in point. 8 shall be added to the total hotel bill of the Guest.

10. The cancellation of the reservation of the service is deemed to be made at the moment of its written confirmation by the GLAR SPA employee.

11. The presence on the premises of the GLAR SPA of persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating or psychoactive substances is prohibited.

12. SPA staff is not responsible for valuables left in the SPA.

13. GLAR SPA is a place of relaxation and rest. Therefore, please keep quiet and do not use mobile phones in the SPA area.

14. An employee has the right to refuse to perform a treatment if there are contraindications to its performance.

15. Manager of the SPA reserves the right to interrupt the treatment, by an employee, if he/she encounters inappropriate behaviour of a Guest (aggression, unambiguous proposal, etc.).

16. GLAR SPA reserves the right to change the offer and opening hours.
