• By entering the parking area, the user of the vehicle agrees to the terms of these regulations and undertakes to abide by them.
• Hotel parking includes separate above-ground parking spaces and spaces in the underground garage.
• Parking is charged according to the specified price list. There is a daily fee for hotel guests in the parking lot.
• In case of non-payment of the fee, the Hotel may take all measures to document the fact of the parking space lease agreement and to claim the amount due under general regulations.
• Ground parking is a monitored, unguarded parking lot. Parking in the underground garage is a monitored, guarded parking lot.
• Users are obliged to park vehicles in spaces designated for this purpose except for spaces marked as reserved. It is not allowed to park vehicles outside the places designated for parking.
• It is forbidden to park vehicles in parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities, other than vehicle users holding a valid parking card, referred to in Article 8 paragraph 3 of the Road Traffic Law, placed in a visible place behind the windshield of the vehicle.
• The vehicle left in the parking lot should be immobilized with the engine turned off and locked.
• The user of the vehicle is responsible for damage caused by the vehicle, including contamination of the parking area.
• The user is responsible for damage caused by persons accompanying him.
• It is strictly forbidden to enter vehicles carrying flammable, corrosive, explosive materials and other similar materials and substances that may create danger to persons and property.
• Within the parking lot, the speed limit is 10 km/h and the rules of vehicle traffic contained in the Act of June 20, 1997, Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 108, item 908, as amended) apply.
