§ 1 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE REGULATIONS

• The Regulations set out the rules for the provision of services by the Hotel. The Regulations are an integral part of the contract resulting in the rental of a room in the Hotel and the use of the Hotel's services. The Regulations are available for inspection at the reception desk of the Hotel and apply to all persons staying on its premises. By deciding to use the services of the Hotel, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.

§ 2 HOTEL DAY

• The hotel room is rented for hotel nights. A hotel day lasts from 16:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 the next day.

• The hotel guest should specify the length of stay, and in the absence of such a specification, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.

• The Hotel Guest should report his/her wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival at the Hotel Reception by 9:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires. The Hotel will grant the request to extend the stay as far as rooms are available. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the stay in case of failure to make prior full payment for the existing stay or gross violation of the Hotel Regulations.

• Remaining in the room or leaving belongings after 11:00 a.m. is considered an extension of the stay and is subject to a charge according to the price of the day, and in case the Hotel does not have vacancies, the belongings left in the room will be deposited by commission in the absence of the Guest.

§ 3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

• The basis for checking in the Guest at the Hotel is to show the employee of the Reception an identity document with a photograph and to sign the check-in card.

• The Guest may not transfer the room to a third party, even if the period for which he/she has paid the fee has not expired.

• The Reception desk will each time issue a key card upon presentation of a document confirming the identity of the registered Guest. For security reasons, the Guest should immediately inform the Reception about the loss of the card / room key.

• Persons who are not registered in the Hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The stay of persons not registered in the Guest's hotel room after 10 p.m. is tantamount to consent by the person renting the room for additional persons to be added to the room against payment. The additional accommodation of each person will be done at the rate of the Hotel's price list.

• The Hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, showing verbal or physical aggression, who significantly violates safety rules and sanitary procedures of the Hotel or who during the previous stay grossly violated the Hotel Regulations. The Hotel has the right to shorten the stay of a Guest who does not comply with the Regulations, who acts to the detriment of the Hotel and disrupts the stay of other Guests.

• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card at check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay and an additional amount for any expenses under hotel credit. The fee for the stay is charged in advance, unless otherwise specified in contracts.

• The Guest is fully responsible for payment of all payments resulting from the stay. At the same time, the Guest authorizes the Hotel to charge his/her credit/debit card for hotel services used and not paid for.

• The Hotel has a statutory right of lien on the items brought by the Guest to the facility in case of delay in payment for the stay or non-payment for additional services provided.

• If a Guest cancels a paid stay during its duration, the facility will not refund the fee for the remaining hotel nights.

§ 4 SERVICES

• The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. If you have any reservations about the quality of services, please report your comments to the Reception staff as soon as possible, which will allow immediate response.

• The Hotel is obliged to provide Guests with:

- conditions for full and unhindered rest,

- security of stay, including maintaining the secrecy of information about Guests,

- professional service in terms of services provided,

- cleaning of the room and performance of necessary repairs to equipment in the absence of the Guest, and in his presence only if he expresses such a request.

• The Hotel provides services upon request:

- luggage storage, the Hotel may refuse to accept luggage for safekeeping on dates other than the dates of the Guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage,

- wake-up calls at a specified time,

- ordering cabs.

§ 5 LIABILITY OF THE HOTEL

• The Hotel shall be liable for loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services within the scope of the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Guest should notify the Hotel Reception of the occurrence of damage immediately upon discovery. The Hotel's liability for loss of or damage to money, securities or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if such items are not placed in safekeeping. The Hotel may refuse to accept for safekeeping the aforementioned items if they pose a threat to security or if, in relation to the or standard of the Hotel, they are of too high a value (exceeding 50 thousand zlotys) and also take up too much space.

• The Hotel has a parking lot. The use of the hotel parking lot is paid. In the case of a car left there, the regulations of the parking lot apply. The Hotel is not responsible for damage and loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the hotel parking lot or outside the Hotel premises.

• The Hotel has video surveillance to ensure the safety of Guests and employees.

§ 6 RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS

• Children under 12 years of age should be under the constant supervision of their parents/guardians. Minors are not allowed to check in the Hotel without the presence and confirmed registration of an adult or legal guardian.

• Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.

• The guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects of equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by him, persons under his care (especially children) or visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit/debit card for the damage caused also after the Guest's departure. The Guest should notify the Hotel Reception of any damage as soon as it is discovered.

• The Guest is obliged to use the hotel room and equipment in the room and the entire Hotel in accordance with their intended use. It is incompatible to make changes to the hotel rooms and equipment that affect the functionality and safety of use.

• Each time leaving the room, the Guest should make sure that the entrance door and windows are closed and, for safety reasons, should turn off the TV, turn off the lights and turn off the taps.

• For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use the following in hotel rooms: candles, heaters and other devices that do not constitute room equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and computer power supplies.

• Hazardous cargo - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials - may not be stored in hotel rooms.

• For sanitary-epidemiological reasons, the hotel catering service does not store food of Guests and Hotel employees do not issue medicines to Guests.

• In case of unjustified activation of the fire alarm, for example, by breaking the ROP alarm glass, resulting in the arrival of fire department deputies, the responsible person covers all the costs of the related action. This also applies to the amount of the fine issued by the commander of the fire department unit arriving at the Hotel as a result of actions provoked by the Guest.

§ 7 RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT BEHIND

• Items of personal use left in the room by the Guest will be returned, at the Guest's request and expense, to the address indicated after ascertaining the identity of the owner. If no such instruction is received, the Hotel will store the items left for 3 months, and at the end of this period will donate them to charity or for public use. The Hotel does not store foodstuffs and medicines left behind - they will be disposed of immediately.

§ 8 QUIET OF THE NIGHT

• The Hotel enforces curfew from 10 pm to 6 am the following day. The behavior of Guests and people using the Hotel's services must not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests.

• The Hotel reserves the right to organize special events, which will also take place at night.

§ 9 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

• The hotel allows pets in selected hotel rooms. A daily fee in accordance with the price list applies. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, playroom, fitness room, pool area and spa. The owner is responsible for any damage, dirt caused by a four-legged friend. The owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other Guests and staff. The Guest is obliged to remove any waste left by the animal on the Hotel premises.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel room and on the Hotel premises. Violation of the prohibition on smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products is tantamount to the agreement of the Guest hirer to cover the cost of dearomatization in the amount of 1000 PLN. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas outside the building.

• Alcohol purchased only in the hotel restaurant and bar may be consumed on the Hotel premises, excluding rooms.

• Canvassing and door-to-door sales are prohibited on the Hotel premises.

• The Guest undertakes that in the use of the Internet service in public data transmission networks, he will not violate applicable laws, in particular, violate other people's personal property, copyright and promote content prohibited by law. In particular, the Guest is obliged to:

- use the Internet service in accordance with its intended purpose,

- not to undertake any actions that may interfere with the proper functioning of the facility's infrastructure, as well as actions that have negative consequences for other users of telecommunications networks

- ensure that the Guest's use of the service does not restrict the Hotel's ability to provide the service or monitor the network and its elements.

• All other issues are governed by the Hotel's internal procedures.

• If the Guest violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Hotel has the right to terminate the contract before the expiration of the time for which it was concluded. The Guest is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Hotel's staff, to pay for the services rendered so far and to pay for any damage or destruction done and to leave the Hotel premises.
